About This Project
This Atlas contains a sample of the 2001 Census results. Results are provided in both map and table form for all of the wards in Northamptonshire. This is the second Census Atlas to be produced and uses the same indicators as the first one wherever possible. Northamptonshire County Council produced the first Census Atlas in 1995 based on the 1991 Census results. The aim is of this Atlas is to improve the awareness and understanding of the social and economic variations within the county.
