Food for Profit training offered by NEL

In November some 30 Northamptonshire food professionals attended a free half day course from Northamptonshire Enterprise Limited (NEL) which outlined the hidden potential profit in catering businesses and the possibilities of reducing unexpected overheads.
The objectives of the programme are as follows:

Know the potential causes of profit reductions
Understand the main points of profit generation
