West Northamptonshire Employment Land Study
The West Northamptonshire Employment Land Study (WNELS) has been prepared in accordance with national Planning Policy Statement 4 which requires Local Planning Authorities to undertake an assessment of employment need and demand in their areas. The plans were exhibited at two public events held at the Mill on Chantry Lane last week. Both the events, which were held on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24thJuly, were well attended and prompted a significant amount of constructive feedback. The application is being subject to a public consultation exercise and anyone interested in the scheme still has until Friday 6th August 2010 to respond to West Northamptonshire Development Corporation, which is the planning authority for the development.
