Creation of LAA2

The LAA2 indicators and targets have now been agreed and submitted to Government Office East Midlands. For further information on the process and creation of LAA2 please see the related publications found on the right of this page.

Performance

LAA1 has now come to a close. Final performance of the LAA1 will be reported to the Public Service Board in September 2008, after which it will be made available.

The LAA2 came into effect in June 2008. The LAA2 Performance reports can be found on the right.

Performance Management arrangements for the LAA2 have been developed with a focus on outcome monitoring.

Governance

How do we deliver this vision?
 

Northamptonshire's LAA will form part of the action plan for delivering the Sustainable Communities Strategy priorities. LAA focuses on a small number of priorities which will deliver specific elements of the long term vision. It does this by translating the long-term ambitions set out in the strategy into short-term (3yr) targets that will help us deliver improvements in local services. The Community strategy priorities are much wider than LAA alone and there are a number of other partnership and organisational activities that will also contribute to this agenda.
